The most valuable part: participants bring their own tasks and assignments from daily work. Together we build concrete prompts and workflows for your business. At Delia (recruitment) we built 12 production prompts for a booking system in an hour — usable the next day.
Security framework and 30-day support
After the training you receive: written guidance (what to feed AI, what not), an internal prompt library for your processes, Claude Projects templates, and 30-day asynchronous support (Slack or email). You send prompts that do not work — we tune them together.

Discovery & prep (1 week before the workshop)
A 60-minute call with company leadership and participant selection. We map your top 5 daily processes you want to automate — from invoicing to recruitment, depending on company context. We tailor the training precisely to your business and your data, not a generic scenario from the internet.
Workshop (4 hours, hands-on)
A practical half-day block for max 5 people. No slides longer than 5 minutes — from minute 1 everyone is working with Claude on their own laptop. Four blocks: intro + security (45 min), personal productivity (70 min), Cowork & Projects (60 min), solving real processes (65 min). Concrete output immediately, not theory for later.
Implementation & follow-up (30 days)
Asynchronous support via Slack or email. You send prompts that do not work or new use cases — we typically respond within 24 hours. After 30 days a review: what stuck from the training, where the gaps are, whether a second session on advanced topics (Claude Code, agentic workflows, custom integrations) makes sense.

Which teams is the training suitable for?+
For operational teams up to 10 people who work daily with documents, emails, content, or analyses — typically: marketing, customer success, HR, finance, sales operations. It works best for a core team (5 people) — larger groups lose interaction and the hands-on character. For larger companies we recommend a series of workshops of 5 people, ideally with a 2-week gap.
What workshop formats do you offer?+
Three formats depending on team size and intent. (1) Standard 4-hour half-day block for max 5 people — the most common format, ideal for a core team. (2) 2-day intensive format with Claude Code + agentic workflows — for technically oriented teams and developers who will not just use AI but integrate it into their own systems. (3) 1:1 executive training for the owner, CEO, or CFO — a shorter session focused on strategic decision-making with AI and delegating tasks to agents. The specific quote comes after an initial call where we map team size, goals, and your company context.
What exactly does a standard workshop include?+

How is this different from generic AI courses online?+

Yes, but we recommend them as a second step — after the basic 4-hour training. The advanced 2-day format covers: Claude Code (AI-native development for developers and technically oriented people), agentic workflows (deploying AI agents that autonomously handle specific processes), Claude API and integrations into your own systems, custom MCP servers for company data. We limit the group to max 5 people to preserve the hands-on character. Specific scope and quote after the initial call.
