AI implementation for companies: from audit to production in weeks

We deploy AI where it delivers immediate ROI — not where it sounds good in a deck. Functional code in production within 4–8 weeks.

Most AI projects in mid-market companies fail for three reasons: they buy an off-the-shelf tool that does not fit their processes; they launch a pilot without measurable KPIs; or they end up with a concept that never reaches production. We work the opposite way — we start from your P&L and reverse-engineer the AI that will move specific numbers.

AI implementation at PTR Group means end-to-end ownership. We audit, design the architecture, write the code, deploy to production, and measure results. No handing over 80-page consulting decks — just a working system you can use every day.

We work with growing companies from €500k turnover through mid-market firms at €20M+. Whether it is automating order processing, building an AI recruitment system for thousands of candidates (like LaSisa), or integrating an LLM-driven assistant into your CRM — we ship in weeks thanks to AI-native development.

What you get

01

AI Readiness Audit

In-depth review of your tech stack, data readiness, and processes. We identify the top 3 areas where AI delivers the fastest ROI — typically accounting, customer service, or order automation. Output: a prioritized roadmap with ROI estimate for each use case.

02

Custom AI solution

No off-the-shelf products that fit 60 % of your needs. We build solutions tailored to your process: AI assistants integrated into your CRM, predictive models for demand forecasting, custom workflows with LLM-driven decisions. Tech stack: Claude, Gemini, Vercel, Supabase, n8n.

03

Integration with existing systems

Your data lives in Money S3, Pohoda, Shoptet, your custom ERP — and AI must work with it, not next to it. We write middleware and custom integrations that connect the AI layer to what you already have. No mass migrations, no "start from scratch" approach.

04

AI Act & GDPR compliance

The EU AI Act has been in force since August 2024 and high-risk AI systems must meet specific requirements. We prepare documentation, risk assessments, and technical safeguards so your AI deployment is legal and auditable — not a problem at the next inspection.

05

Team training & documentation

An AI solution nobody in the company can use is expensive decoration. We train your team for daily use, document the processes, and hand over the system so you are not dependent on us. Ongoing support is an option, not an obligation.

How we work

  1. Audit & use-case prioritisation (1–2 weeks)

A deep scan of your processes, data, and P&L. We identify 3–5 use cases where AI delivers measurable impact. For each we quantify expected ROI, complexity, and time-to-value. We choose the first use case based on data, not hype.

  2. Rapid build & pilot (3–6 weeks)

We write a working system in a live environment, not a demo sandbox. Thanks to AI-native development (Claude, Gemini as part of the dev workflow) we ship 5–10× faster than traditional consultancies. After 2 weeks you have the first version, after 4–6 a production pilot.

  3. Deployment & measurement (ongoing)

After the pilot we measure real KPIs — hours saved, error rate, processing time, conversion rate. We iterate based on data. Only when the numbers confirm ROI do we scale to additional use cases. We have no interest in scope creep — only in expansion that makes sense for you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does AI implementation cost?+

Depends on scope. The AI Readiness Audit as a standalone service starts from €3,500. Custom AI implementation (pilot + deployment of one use case) starts from €12,000 and scales with integration complexity. We avoid fixed packages — we audit first and then quote based on actual scope.

How long does AI deployment take?+

Typically 4–8 weeks from contract signature to the first working system in production. Our fastest project was delivered in 96 hours (LaSisa — a complete recruitment system for thousands of candidates). The most complex multi-stage integrations can take 3–4 months. The difference is always scope, not team speed.

Do we need our own AI engineers?+

No. We deploy the system end-to-end — from code to documentation. After deployment we train you so it can be operated by your regular staff or IT support. We can provide ongoing monthly support, or you take the system over yourself. It depends on the size of your IT team.

What if our data is in poor shape?+

That is the reality for 90 % of companies — data lives across multiple systems, partly in Excel, often inconsistent. During the audit we assess data readiness as a primary KPI and recommend either a data clean-up project or an AI architecture that can work with imperfect data (with validation and human-in-the-loop where needed).

Do you also work on a success-fee basis?+

In specific cases, yes. If we can clearly define a KPI (for example "reduce operating costs by €X" or "increase conversion rate by Y %"), we can tie part of the fee to outcomes. These are larger projects with longer engagements and require close coordination on the client side. For smaller implementations we prefer fixed pricing.

Do your solutions meet AI Act and GDPR requirements?+

Yes. The EU AI Act has been in force since August 2024 and high-risk AI systems (for example those making decisions about finance, employment, or access to services) must meet specific requirements for transparency, auditability, and risk management. For every project we produce compliance documentation — risk assessment, data flow, audit trail. GDPR compliance is a given.
