  1. Financial diagnostic sprint (2–3 weeks)

    In-depth review of your finances: historical P&L and cash flow, accounting quality, KPI gaps, top financial risks. Output: a concise document with the top 5 things to address first, and a proposed operating model for the Fractional CFO engagement.

  2. Setup of operating model (month 1)

    We set up the reporting cycle (monthly + weekly cash), KPI dashboard, board package template, cash flow forecast model. We sync with your accountant on close deadlines. After the first month all the mechanics are in motion and you receive the first complete report.

  3. Ongoing engagement (monthly)

What size companies do you serve?+

Our sweet spot is companies with turnover €500,000 to €20M. Under €500,000 a Fractional CFO is cost-inefficient — a good accountant and controller will do. Above €20M you typically need a full-time CFO; in that case we help with the transition and candidate search.

What is the minimum contract length?+

No minimum. We work month-to-month with monthly notice. The contract works when both sides see value — if it stops working, we do not want to hold on to you. In practice: the average engagement length with our clients is 18 months, the longest 4 years.

Will you help us with a funding round or M&A?+

Yes — this is one of the strongest aspects of the model. We prepare the investor deck, financial models, data room, coordinate due diligence, and coach you through investor meetings. For €500k–5M raises we are typically the external CFO; for larger rounds we support a full-time CFO or investment banker.
